Our Habitas Bacalar is a holistic oasis for recharging the body, mind, and soul, set between the serene Bacalar Lagoon and the lush Mayan jungle. Drawing energy from this powerful natural setting, our habitas offers immersive experiences, mindful practices, and meaningful connection in one of Mexico’s most breathtaking regions.

‘‘Our kitchen is authentic and rustic while refined, with techniques that highlight the power of plant-based cooking and honor the environment around us. Centered around our belief that food is medicine, our seasonal ingredients are hand-selected at local farms by our chefs, who work closely with farmers to tap into local knowledge and choose produce based on their health and wellness benefits. Our menu also features carefully-selected animal products from the region, such as Yucatecan pork and freshly caught seafood, which are prepared by honoring local recipes and techniques.
At Siete, our ambiance reflects the tranquility of the lagoon, with our two-story restaurant built among the jungle’s treetops with views of Bacalar’s seven shades of blue. The low wooden tables and chairs ground us in our environment, creating an experience of connection to the happenings of our natural surroundings as we embark on a culinary journey that nourishes our bodies from the inside out.”
